Q: What does this app do?
A: If you have a screenshot, you can import it into this app. From the app, you can save/share your screenshot so it looks like a phone or tablet and not just a rectangle. Instead of sharing just a screenshot of your intricately designed home screen, you can use this app to show what it really looks like on your specific device. (Not every device, color and layout is supported).
Q: OK, but why is it so big?
A1: That’s what she said.
A2: Presently, all of the available frames (and accompanying glare and shadow images) are delivered with the app. That’s more than 160 images. That means the app will be updated every time I add or modify any individual device images.
Q: How do I get my screenshots into the app?
A1: Use the square icon in the app to select one of your screenshots.
A2: Go into your photo app and share a screenshot to Perfect Screenshot.
A3: Take a screenshot and share it directly from the notification area.
Q: Um… so how do I take a screenshot?
A: Usually by pressing the power and volume down buttons at the same time. Not working for you? Check with your favorite, friendly internet community for help.
Q: Are there plans to have the device images as a separate download from the app?
A: Yes, but it’s not done yet. Exact details are still to be worked out.
